Be part of building a home for Hridaya in Europe

Hridaya Yoga France is almost ready to share its light with the world. Our Grand Opening is scheduled for July, but we need support to make it happen. If you are inspired to provide a seed that helps our new community blossom, we ask that you give to our Crowdfunding Campaign. Whether you offer a donation or choose a perk package such as 20% off an upcoming course, every bit of love helps us on the path to meeting our €50,000 goal.

With your help, we’ll be able to finish renovations, plant gardens, buy meditation cushions, and much more—all with the purpose of providing better conditions for more people to reveal their True Nature, the Heart.

Welcome to Longeval

Introducing Hridaya Yoga France

Hridaya Yoga France is located at Domaine de Longeval, a beautiful property in the Rhône-Alpes region of southeastern France. At this wooded, secluded location, we share teachings on meditation, yoga, and the Consciousness of Oneness in order to create the best conditions for revealing the Spiritual Heart.

As at our centre in Mazunte, Mexico, we offer inspiring yoga retreats, workshops, and Hridaya Silent Meditation Retreats. We also seek to create an authentic spiritual community in which daily life flows naturally from the awareness of the Self and everyone lives with an Open Heart. All those who have a sincere longing to practise, learn, and evolve alongside other seekers are welcome to join us.

“Hridaya means Heart. Hridaya Yoga is the yoga of the sweetness of the Heart. It is the Heart of Yoga.”

-Sahajananda

What is Hridaya Yoga?

Discover the path of the Heart
with Sahajananda, the founder of Hridaya Yoga
Hridaya Yoga is a spiritual path whose purpose is the revelation of our True Self, known as atman or the Spiritual Heart. Developed by experienced meditation teacher Sahajananda, Hridaya Yoga is based on traditional spiritual principles taught in a manner that is accessible to modern practitioners. The Hridaya Community offers a framework in which people are encouraged to have both a formal and informal spiritual practice. We present ongoing meditation and yoga retreats and drop-in classes that offer a comprehensive approach to meditation and Hatha Yoga. We warmly invite you to join us on the path of the Spiritual Heart!

Become a Karma Yogi

“The man who works for others,

without any selfish motive,

really does good to himself.”

Karma Yoga is an opportunity to step out of our personal interests and into the flow of Divine Grace. As such, Karma Yoga is an essential aspect of our spiritual practice.
