The Art of Being:
An Invitation to Solitude
Find the Peace Within
Allow Yourself Space for Inquiry, Contemplation, and Rejuvenation

Do you feel the longing to reconnect to your Self, recharge your energy and deepen your yoga and meditation practice?
This retreat may be the ideal opportunity with a program that allows you to rejuvenate and refresh awareness and energy. During the retreat you will have the option to remain in solitude and focus on your own sadhana (yogic practice) or to join guided daily meditation and hatha yoga sessions. Further we offer a personal coaching session with a teacher to help guide you on your personal and spiritual path.
‘To be’ is really our birthright, it is existence in truth, simplicity and love. It is so natural and obvious, yet a busy lifestyle often carries us into identification and a state of constant doing. Do you remember those moments where everything just fell away and where the current of life flowed through your being in the most natural way? It is our wish to create a healing space of peace and truth that facilitates this, where you can reconnect with what has always been yours: the innate joy of simply being.
This retreat is offered in English.
“Empty yourself of everything. Let the mind rest at peace. The ten thousand things rise and fall while the Self watches their return. They grow and flourish and then return to the source. Returning to the source is stillness, which is the way of nature.”
-Lao Tzu, Tao Te Ching
